A classic shaped cigar grip made from British birch bark

Around two and a half hours go into each grip with the processes outlined below.

1. Harvest, dry, grade and clean bark

2. Cut into shives and centre drill

3. Glue and clamp shives together, leave to dry for a week

4. Turn to shape on a lathe using traditional woodworking tools

5. Apply multiple coats of Tru-Oil, sand between coats with 0000 grade steel wool until the desired finish is achieved. This grip has ten coats of Tru-Oil and is finished semi-matte, gloss or matte finishes are available too
